What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation at anytime during your subscription. If you're currently on our monthly plan then you can cancel your subscription at any time for free. if you are on the yearly subscription then you can cancel during the first year but we will not offer refunds for the 12 month period.
What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?

Each of our boxes are created by our team to offer luxury products at affordable prices, we have carefully selected a range of colours that can match any style. We offer a free cancelation at any point during your monthly subscription period.
Can I change plans at any time?

You are able to change your plan at any stage. Please get in touch and one of our team will be able to fulfil your requirements.
When will my payment be taken?

Once you choose your plan, we will then take your first months payment. We will then send the package on the same date each month. All boxes are delivered first class and fit through your letter box.
